Interior Designer cum Sales Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Management

  • Attend and convert showroom walk-ins.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand space, budget, lifestyle, and functional needs.
  • Give inputs to the design team for Preparation and presentation of high-quality proposals, mood boards, and quotations in coordination.
  • Handle pricing, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, architects, and designers for regular business

Interior Design Coordination

  • Provide design inputs based on client preferences and functional requirements.
  • Guide and review the design output prepared by the in-house design team.
  • Ensure design feasibility in terms of modular manufacturing and site execution.
  • Stay updated with material trends, finishes, and international design styles.
  • Work closely with backend teams (design, execution, accounts) for smooth handovers.
  • Report daily/weekly sales pipeline and lead status to senior management.

Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in interior design, modular kitchen/wardrobe sales, or high-end furniture retail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage premium clients and deliver customized solutions.
  • Proficiency in design understanding (AutoCAD, SketchUp basics) and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
