We are a design-build residential repair and remodeling firm with a 20-year local history. We exist to meet the needs of others to the best of our abilities with servants’ hearts, empathy and understanding, and humility for the privilege of doing so.

We serve North King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties, performing small projects, minor and major remodels, insurance restoration, and replacement services.

Main Responsibilities: To guide homeowners through the design and estimating process, create accurate project proposals, support sales efforts, and serve as a knowledgeable, positive, and solutions‑oriented point of contact.

This role upholds company quality standards, reinforces our Identity Statement, and ensures clients feel informed, supported, and excited about their project throughout the design process.

Activities:

This position is a client‑facing design, estimating, and sales position, not a project manager, and includes:

• Developing design concepts aligned with client goals and company standards
• Creating accurate estimates and material takeoffs
• Supporting sales through marketing events, presentations, product knowledge, and clear communication
• Documenting selections, specifications, and scope details
• Communicating needs, issues, and discoveries to the Sales Manager
• Representing the company professionally in homes, showrooms, and vendor meetings
• Keeping the design and estimating process moving day to day

Skills and Requirements

· A servant’s heart that works for the betterment and elevation of those around them.

· Minimum 5 years documented full-time residential experience in interior design.

· Minimum 5 years documented full-time residential experience with scope creation and cost estimating.

· Proficiency with Chief Architect design software (creating schematic floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, finish and lighting plans, etc.)

· Familiarity with DesignFlex/20/20 cabinet design software

· Strong technical knowledge of finish and fixture installation requirements.

· Demonstrated knowledge of construction trade sequencing.

· High level of respect for trade specialists and in-house carpenters as valued partners.

· At least 3 examples of produced design packages.

· At least 3 examples of produced work scopes and pricing models.

· Experience with CRM programs, sales-to-production handoff procedures

Compensation Overview

· $45-50 Per Hour Base
