Interior Designer (Female)

• Client consultation: Meet with clients to determine their goals, needs, budget, and how the space will be used.
• Design development: Create preliminary sketches and detailed 2D/3D plans and renderings using design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Space planning: Strategically plan the use of space, including electrical and partition layouts.
• Material and product selection: Choose and specify materials, lighting, furniture, finishes, and other decorative items, and source suppliers.
• Project management: Create project timelines, estimate costs, and manage the budget.
• Coordination: Work with contractors, electricians, painters, and other professionals to implement the design.
• Oversight: Supervise work in progress, ensure adherence to plans, and visit the site to ensure client satisfaction upon completion.
• Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Presentation: Develop presentations for clients, including mood boards and material samples.
