Interior Designer - Fitout

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer specializing in fitout projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for innovative design, and the ability to deliver high quality interior solutions that meet client needs and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for interior fitout projects.
• Develop conceptual and detailed interior design plans, including space planning, material selection, and furniture layout.
• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans on site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and fitout industry.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of UAE experience in an interior fit out company.
• Prefer candidates with continuous experience of 2+ years in the same company.
• Experience in authority drawing preparation and submissions is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, joinery, and fit out execution.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior fitout design, preferably within UAE or similar markets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, finishes, and sustainability practices is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
