Interior Designer for Fit-out Company

• Should have experience/skills for detailed working/ joinery drawings
• Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
• Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors and business requirements.
• Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability along with mood board.
• Getting approval from the client before creating 3D rendered, visualization, walkthrough.
• Identify material description, details and suppliers
• coordinate with Engineering department to complete details drawing based on client approval.
• Coordinate with Operation team to make sure that they understand client requirements and design details.
• make site visit as an when required to make sure that approved design compliance
• Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
• Ensuring project completion as per approved design.
• Should have a experience in commercial office design (preferred to have a Lady Staff)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
