Interior Designer – Furniture Sourcing, Design Boards, & FF&E Procurement

Summary

We are a boutique real estate and interior design team based in Scottsdale / Paradise Valley, Arizona specializing in luxury homes, market preparation, and full-service interior design.

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Design Interior Designer who can assist with furniture sourcing, room design, and coordinating orders with vendors and suppliers.

This role is ideal for someone who understands U.S. interior design trends, wholesale furniture suppliers, and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

Furniture & Decor Sourcing

• Research and source furniture, lighting, rugs, and decor from wholesale and retail vendors
• Build complete room concepts based on inspiration images, floor plans, or client direction
• Create digital design boards / furniture packages
• Ensure selections align with current U.S. interior design trends

Vendor & Supplier Research

• Source items from vendors such as:
• Four Hands
• Universal Furniture
• Essentials For Living
• Uttermost
• Jaipur Living
• Loloi
• Bernhardt
• Arteriors
• Visual Comfort
• Identify best pricing and availability

Procurement & Order Coordination

• Assist with placing orders with vendors
• Track shipping timelines
• Coordinate receiving and delivery
• Maintain organized records of orders, SKUs, & invoices
• Help troubleshoot backorders and substitutions

Design Documentation

• Create Room Boards with furniture options from suppliers
• Prepare furniture schedules
• Organize selections in spreadsheets or project software
• Maintain product links, pricing, and specifications

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has interior design experience with furniture sourcing
• Is familiar with U.S. wholesale furniture suppliers
• Understands current American interior design trends
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can communicate clearly with vendors and suppliers
• Is comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently

Bonus if you have experience with:

• FF&E procurement
• Interior design for luxury residential homes
• Staging or real estate design
• Working with U.S. vendor accounts

Tools We Use

Experience with the following is helpful but not required:

• Google Sheets / Slides
• Design software (Chief Architect, etc.)
• Project management tools (Notion)
