In this position, you will act as the Government owner’s technical representative to advise on interior space design for space reconfigurations and new construction. You will be part of a team of Federal employees and contractors. This position currently allows for 60% telework once acclimated to the team and tasks.
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited University
- 1-2 years of experience, including internships
- Proficiency in architectural software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
- Excellent team communication skills, design presentation and storytelling skills
- Well-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management and technical project resolution
- Must be able to pass a Public Trust background check
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with design/construction of government office buildings
- Familiarity with 3D Studio Max
- Experience with furniture planning and selection

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
