Interior Designer Intern/Administrative Assistant

Role Description

This is a part-time to start that could evolve to full-time, on-site role located in Troy, MI, for an Interior Designer Intern/Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will assist in tasks such as space planning, creating construction drawings, assist in designing interior spaces, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Additional responsibilities may include providing administrative support and assisting with client presentations and project management tasks for both companies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Space Planning and Interior Design principles
• Experience with Auto Cad Construction and Interior Design Drawings and Architecture
• Understanding of FF&E processes and selection
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with relevant design software and tools including 3D Renderings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• General Office duties with phone support.
