Interior Designer (kitchen and bath)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will combine your passion for interior design with technical expertise to craft stunning, functional kitchen and bathroom spaces that meet clients’ unique needs. Your energetic approach will help guide customers through the design process, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen and bathroom remodels or new installations
• Be able to work in 2020 Designer Program
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of cabinetry, countertops, lighting fixtures, and other key components to assist customers in making informed decisions
• Assist customers with inside sales by upselling premium products, accessories, and custom options that enhance their space
• Manage customer accounts through POS (Point of Sale) systems, process transactions accurately, and handle cash or card payments with professionalism
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure project timelines are met and specifications are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions related to remodeling, maintenance, or product care while fostering long-term client relationships
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight new products and seasonal trends in kitchen and bath design
• Support marketing efforts by participating in product demos, promotional events, or community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing high-end sales

Experience

• Proven experience in interior design or kitchen and bath remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction standards, and maintenance requirements for kitchens and bathrooms
• Demonstrated success in outside sales or retail sales environments—especially high-end sales—using negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey ideas and technical information to clients and team members alike

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
