At Contractor Aventura we specialize in transforming the most important spaces in a home: kitchens and bathrooms. We are looking for a hybrid Graphic/Interior Designer & Project Sales Consultant who dominates the technical side of spatial design and possesses the natural drive to close high-end business.

What You’ll Do

• Design Experiences: Develop functional, aesthetically stunning, and personalized kitchen and bath layouts.
• Master the Tech: Translate client visions into precise technical blueprints and realistic renders.
• Own the Sales Cycle: You don’t just create the layout; you guide the client through a consultative sales process, present estimates, and successfully close the deal.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Track Record: A degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field, backed by a verifiable portfolio specifically showcasing kitchen and bath projects.
• Software Expertise: Advanced, fluent proficiency in AutoCAD and 2020 Design (2020 is our primary engine—this is a must!).
• A "Hunter" Mindset: Exceptional communication skills, a charismatic personality, and a proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to understand everything from color theory and aesthetics to the millimetric spacing of plumbing and appliances.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
