Interior Designer- Luxury Short-Term Rentals

Oraklus is a growing Luxury vacation rental company currently managing approximately 26 furnished properties, with new properties being added regularly.

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer that processes the ability to increase short-term rental appeal, guest experience, and bookings. Ability to design for ROI, photography impact, and 5-star guest experience.

This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who enjoys designing with a focus on natural light, greenery, and plant life integrated into rooms to connect guests with nature. Interiors that feature muted, earth-toned palettes, linen screens, and stone to foster serenity and environmental consciousness. Designs that blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces, often featuring green facades and open, airy environments.

This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who enjoys short-term rental design, Conscious Luxury design layouts, and hospitality-focused interiors.

Projects may include:

• Full renovation design concepts
• New room build-outs or layout planning
• Furnishing and styling existing spaces
• Creating mood boards and visual design presentations
• Sourcing real furniture, décor, and materials
• Tracking budgets, receipts, and purchase lists
• Designing with rental ROI and durability in mind
• Occasional collaboration with home owners or project managers

Some projects will involve full renovations, while others will focus on styling or furnishing existing rooms to enhance the guest experience .

There is significant creative freedom, however most projects will include clear functional goals and direction.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with short-term rentals, conscious luxury, or furnished housing
• Can balance aesthetic, functionality, and durability
• Understands budget-conscious design with strong perceived value
• Is organized and comfortable managing sourcing and documentation
• Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
• Is proactive and interested in long-term collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
