Interior Designer / Managing Partner – Miami

This role is built for experienced interior designers who are ready to grow beyond employment and scale their own direction with a powerful team behind them.

Verona Home & Wallpanels.com is a fast-growing company specializing in high-end custom kitchens, bathrooms, and wall solutions.

We are a full-service company with:

• in-house production technical design & engineering project management logistics and operations professional installation teams

You focus on the client experience and sales — we handle project execution.

What you’ll do:

• Meet with pre-qualified, high-ticket clients
• Conduct client consultations (mostly at their homes or via Zoom)
• Develop design concepts with our team of award-winning designers and visualizers — you’re never alone. Bring your ideas, and our team will turn them into reality. You focus on the vision, we handle the execution.
• Present tailored design solutions and proposals
• Guide clients through the entire process while our team executes the project
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with your Project Manager and internal team to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

• Based in or near Miami 10+ years of interior design experience (kitchens and bathrooms are a must) Strong experience working directly with clients Entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills
