Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Interior Designer with experience in luxury design projects. The ideal candidate is a creative professional who can contribute to design development, manage projects with some autonomy, and collaborate closely with senior designers. This role bridges the gap between entry-level and senior designers, providing the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and developing design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor for luxury projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Support project management by tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and visual documentation.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to review project progress and address issues.
• Collaborate with senior designers to ensure high standards and consistency across projects.
• Mentor junior designers and interns as needed.
• Stay current on luxury design trends, high-end products, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–6 years of professional interior design experience, preferably with luxury residential or commercial projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive, professional demeanor and client-focused attitude.

• Familiarity with high-end vendors, custom furniture, and bespoke design elements.
