Design Culture (What It’s Like Here)
We’re the team people like working with—collaborative, approachable, and genuinely into design. We spend our days exploring ideas, looking at interesting work, and engaging in real design dialogue with each other and our clients. It’s a relaxed, engaging environment where good work happens—and by Friday afternoons, the pace naturally lightens as we wrap up the week.

- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience with material selection, FF&E, and spatial design
- Ability to contribute to both design development and documentation
- Growing experience leading smaller projects or defined scopes & presenting to clients both virtually and/or in-person
- Familiarity coordinating with architecture teams, consultants, and product vendors
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn codes, detailing, and coordination across disciplines
- A mindset focused on learning, consistency, and follow-through
- Ability to work in-person Monday–Friday in Chandler, AZ
- Willingness to travel nationally (5-6 trips per year)
- Nice to have: IIDA or other Industry affiliations, hospitality design experience
What You’ll Do
- Develop interior concepts, mood boards, and space planning strategies
- FF&E selection, documentation, and coordination with local dealers
- Produce and manage Revit drawings (plans, elevations, millwork)
- Coordinate materials, finishes, and furniture solutions
- Create design decks for client meetings and presentations
- Assist with meeting notes and support project coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and product vendors
- Help track project progress and maintain organization across deliverables
