We’re growing and looking for a talented mid- to senior-level Interior Designer who’s ready to take ownership, contribute creatively, and thrive in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support residential design projects from concept through installation
- Develop space plans, design concepts, and presentations
- Source furniture, materials, and finishes with a strong point of view
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and client deliverables
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients
- Manage timelines, track orders, and keep projects moving forward
- Participate in installations and styling (the best part!)
Your Experience & Skills
- · 5+ years of professional residential interior design experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized without constant oversight
- A sharp eye for materials, color, scale, and composition
- Confidence working independently while still being a collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills—both with clients and internally
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency in design software preferred (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Studio Designer or similar)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
