Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Interior Designer & Process Coordinator who can seamlessly blend creativity, organization, and client leadership. This is not a behind-the-scenes design role—this position is front-facing, fast-paced, and integral to our company’s success.
You will guide clients through the entire custom barndominium journey, acting as their trusted advisor from the very first conversation to finalized plans. You’ll help shape their ideas, establish budgets, design functional and beautiful spaces, and ensure every detail is aligned before construction begins.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own the full process, build meaningful client relationships, and become a key part of a growing brand.

Design & Custom Floor Planning

- Assist clients with layout functionality, flow, and design decisions
- Help select finishes, materials, and features that align with both vision and budget

Process Coordination & Pre-Construction
- Assist with permitting processes and ensure all required documentation is completed
- Coordinate and submit 811 tickets and other necessary pre-build requirements
- Organize project details, timelines, and communication between client and team
- Work closely with internal staff to ensure a smooth transition into construction
Brand Representation & Vendor Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Stay informed on materials, trends, and product options
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and consistency at all times
