Project Manager / Interior Designer (Construction)

Girl Flip Construction is a Los Angeles–based design-build firm specializing in high-end remodels, ADUs, and ground-up construction. We’re looking for a highly organized, design-savvy Project Manager who understands construction, loves details, and knows how to move projects from concept to completion.

This role is for someone who can bridge design and build. You should be comfortable managing schedules, budgets, and trades while also having a strong design eye and client-facing presence.

What you’ll do

• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare scopes of work, schedules, and budgets
• Track selections, materials, lead times, and installations
• Attend job walks and client meetings
• Use construction software like JobTread, Buildertrend, or Procore to keep projects on track
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What we’re looking for

• Experience in construction project management and interior design
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech savvy and comfortable with construction software
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
• Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through
• Design sensibility with an understanding of how things are actually built
