Key Responsibilities
- Support residential design and organizing projects from concept through completion
- Develop space plans, layouts, and design concepts aligned with client needs
- Prepare client-facing presentations and visual materials
- Source furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials
- Track project details, notes, and timelines using Microsoft Office and OneNote
- Collaborate with designers, organizers, and project managers to meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members
Position Requirements
- Formal education and training in interior design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior design
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage timelines and meet project deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to Eagleville, PA as needed
Preferred (Not Required) Skills and Experience
- Space planning and layout
- Knowledge of color theory, lighting, and furniture sourcing
- Experience with design presentations and staging
- Proficiency in Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including OneNote
- Experience with design software and CAD programs
