Arba Designs is a growing interior design brand known for creating beautiful, functional, and contemporary spaces. We’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate, confident Sales Executive who loves connecting with people and helping them transform their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle new leads generated through Meta ads, website, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Explain our services, design process, pricing, and timelines to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and schedule design consultations
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
  • Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with the design team to deliver accurate proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (interior design, real estate, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Ability to understand basic interior design concepts (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
  • Fluent in English + local language
