Interior Designer & Sales Executive

We are looking for a versatile Designer cum Sales Executive to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end client journey—from initial lead generation and design conceptualization to closing the sale and ensuring project handover. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical knowledge of fit-out works, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients (B2B and B2C) to secure new fit-out projects.
• Create high-quality 2D layouts and 3D renderings that align with client requirements and budgets.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, conduct site surveys, and present design proposals.
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and commercial quotations in coordination with the technical team.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and managing change orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry, specifically in a dual design and sales role.
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max (with V-Ray/Corona) or SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of joinery details, MEP requirements, and UAE local authority regulations (DED, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
