Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong sales mindset to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves design but also thrives in a client-facing, commission-driven environment.

You will work directly with clients, guiding them in selecting stone slabs while driving sales and building long-term relationships.

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Commission
• High earning potential for motivated, sales-driven individuals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting stone slabs (marble, quartzite, porcelain, etc.)
• Provide expert design advice and material recommendations
• Manage client relationships from initial consultation to closing
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Work closely with designers, contractors, and developers
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Background in Interior Design (education or experience)
• Strong eye for design, color, and materials
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset (this is a must)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
