We are seeking a motivated and skilled Interior Designer & Sales Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Overview

This role combines interior design expertise with proven sales skills, particularly in cabinetry and home interiors. You will be responsible for designing customized solutions for clients while also driving sales and closing projects. Comprehensive training on OPPEIN products, design systems, and processes will be provided to ensure your success. The position will be based in Abu Dhabi. Basic knowledge of design standards and materials is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budgets.
• Design customized kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors with a focus on cabinetry solutions.
• Present design concepts and proposals clearly, highlighting value, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Manage the full sales process: prospecting, consultations, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and detailed project quotations and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for production, delivery, installation, and project follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations to guide clients effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven sales experience in cabinetry, interior design, furniture, or real estate is essential.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design or related sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and cabinetry design is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (required)
• Proficiency in design software's.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Own visa is an advantage.
