DJK Custom Homes is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Project and Selections Coordinator to join our team! This dual role combines creative interior design with hands-on client coordination. If you love helping clients bring their dream homes to life—and can balance design vision with construction timelines—we want to hear from you.

🔨 What You’ll Do:

• Guide clients through interior & exterior design selections from concept to completion
• Create mood boards, source materials, and present design concepts
• Coordinate with trades, vendors, and the construction team to ensure selections are implemented accurately
• Lead client walkthroughs and manage the entire selections process in BuilderTrend
• Maintain a strong vendor network and oversee our model home selections center

🧰 What You Bring:

• Eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a service-driven mindset
• Previous experience in interior design or residential home selections (a plus!)
• Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and project managers
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office, and design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Design Files
