Interior Designer Opportunities (1–2 Years | 2–3 Years | Senior 5+ Years)
Location: San Francisco, CA
We are partnering with a nationally recognized architecture and design firm known for its bold, design-forward approach to interiors. With deep roots in high-end corporate, workplace, and hospitality environments, the San Francisco studio is experiencing strong growth and is seeking Interior Designers at multiple experience levels to support and help drive that expansion.

About the Role
Interior Designers will contribute to all phases of the design process, from concept through construction. Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include leading project components, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape studio growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in project concepting, space planning, design development, detailing, and documentation
• Produce high-quality construction documents and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Track project schedules and ensure alignment with design milestones
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required
• Communicate design strategies clearly through strong graphic and verbal presentation skills
• Senior-level designers will mentor team members and contribute to a culture of strategic, design-first thinking
Qualifications
• 1–2 years, 2–3 years, or 5+ years of commercial interior design experience
• Corporate interiors experience is required
• Experience in high-end workplace or hospitality interiors is a plus
• Strong technical proficiency paired with strong design sensibility
• Advanced knowledge of BIM and Revit; proficiency in SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
• Experience with construction documentation and coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design required
