Interior Designer / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute interior projects for residential, commercial, and retail spaces. The candidate will be responsible for concept development, space planning, material selection, coordination with vendors and site teams, and ensuring timely project delivery as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations as per client briefs
• Prepare detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes
• Coordinate with architects, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per drawings
• Manage design timelines, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Present design ideas and revisions to clients
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality norms
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong design sense and creativity
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (Revit preferred)
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Site coordination and execution knowledge
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience (experience may vary as per role level)

Experience

• Residential / Commercial / Office / Retail interior projects
• Experience in turnkey projects will be an added advantage
