Interior Designer -Team Lead

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers handling 2025 residential projects per month
• Conceptualize and deliver customized, innovative, and luxury interior designs
• Ensure timely, target-oriented design deliverables aligned with business goals
• Conduct and participate in client and sales meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions
• Coordinate with sales, execution, and project management teams for seamless delivery
• Review design outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand standards
• Mentor team members and drive performance improvements

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with design-build or construction companies
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
