We're a dynamic and innovative design firm seeking experienced Architects and Interior Designers with strong project management skills to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Job Description:

- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

-Deploma/ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management, architecture, or interior design

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion

- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

- Ability to travel frequently between cities (compulsory)

- Proficiency in design software, such as Autodesk, Revit, and SketchUp

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Complete knowledge of building construction and finishing material

- COMPULSORY sketchup, vray , autocad , 3d max , lumion etc

Travel Requirements:

As a key member of our team, you'll be required to travel frequently between cities to manage projects, conduct site visits, and meet with clients. This role demands a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
