Interior Designer/Sales Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and managing projects from inception to completion. The Interior Designer will utilize various design software and tools to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
• Utilize software such as Revit, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max to create detailed visual representations of designs.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces and gather necessary measurements for renovation projects.
• Prepare contract documents and specifications for contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement lighting design strategies that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces.
• Draft detailed drawings and documentation for construction purposes using Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in interior design or a related role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, and Bluebeam is essential.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• A keen eye for detail with a strong understanding of color theory, materials, and spatial arrangements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
