Interior Draughtsperson / Interior CAD Drafter

We are looking for a talented and meticulous Interior Draughtsperson with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our creative design team. This role involves developing precise architectural and interior drawings that support project execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to convert design concepts into comprehensive, construction-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Support space planning, furniture layout development, and material specification processes.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including designers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure timely approvals and updates.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes and local building regulations.
• Maintain organized and updated project files throughout all design stages.
• Integrate revisions and feedback from the team and clients accurately.
• Participate in site visits for measurements, supervision, or design validation as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and sound knowledge of drafting principles and interior detailing.
• Familiarity with materials, finishes, and joinery details used in interior construction.
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy in drawings.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

• Working knowledge of design and rendering tools such as Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Experience with Revit, BIM workflows, or similar software is a plus.
• Background in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
