Interior / Exterior Architecture Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Interior / Exterior Architecture Designer to join our team.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create detailed, photorealistic 3D models and renders of residential buildings and interiors using architects’ plans and specifications.
• Exterior & Interior Visualizations: Develop lifelike exterior views with realistic lighting/landscaping, and interior scenes that reflect client style preferences.
• Collaboration: Liaise with architects, builders, and designers (via email, text, or meetings) to clarify details and ensure accuracy in materials, finishes, and layouts.
• Software Use: Work with industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and Photoshop for post-processing.
• Innovation: Explore modern AI-powered rendering tools to speed up workflows and improve quality.
• Revisions & Quality Control: Incorporate feedback promptly and ensure renders are accurate, realistic, and high quality.
• Presentation Support: Deliver rendered images in required formats for brochures, websites, or client presentations (including occasional 360° views or simple walkthroughs).
• Project Management: Manage multiple render projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and updating designs as plans evolve.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in 3D visualization or architectural rendering.
• Strong portfolio of photorealistic renders (interior and exterior) – required.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max/Blender.
• Attention to detail in textures, lighting, and proportions.
• Good understanding of architectural design and materials.
• Strong communication skills in English to coordinate with builders and team members.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver under pressure.
• Passion for architecture, interior design, and high-quality visualization.
