THE ROLE What You'll Do We're looking for a creative, plant-savvy designer to craft breathtaking interior arrangements for our boutique and our residential and commercial clients across the Aspen Valley. You'll work with living plants daily, turning extraordinary specimens into displays that stop people in their tracks. Orchid Design & Arrangement Create elegant orchid displays for retail, gifting, and client installations — from Phalaenopsis tabletops to dramatic statement pieces. Succulent Arrangements Design beautiful succulent compositions in a wide range of containers, from modern minimalist to warm, rustic mountain styles. Interior Live Flower Arrangements Craft stunning live floral arrangements suited to Colorado's dry climate for instore display and client home or office deliveries. Interior Plantscaping Design and install interior plant displays for high-end residential and commercial clients, with ongoing weekly or monthly maintenance. Custom & Gift Orders Fulfill bespoke plant and floral orders for special occasions, corporate gifting, and events throughout the valley. Boutique Display Styling Keep our showroom stunning — staging exotic tropicals, seasonal vignettes, and fresh arrivals to delight every visitor. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Qualifications :Experience in floral or interior plant design, horticulture, or a related, Hands-on knowledge of orchid care, succulent varieties, and live floral arrangement. A natural eye for color, texture, and composition — you make things beautiful instinctively ✦ Familiarity with exotic and tropical plants that thrive in Colorado's dry mountain climate ✦ Ability to work independently and manage multiple custom orders at once Warm, customer-facing personality — you'll help walk-in clients find the perfect plant or design. Physical ability to lift containers and plants up to 40 lbs Passionate, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about plants and living beauty.
