Interior Fit-Out & Design Engineering

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Architectural Interior Fit-Out & Design Engineer to join immediately. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, with at least 10 years of experience working in the Gulf region. Proficiency in 3D design software such as Revit, SketchUp, Lumion,... is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Design and Modeling:
• Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations of architectural projects using Revit, SketchUp, Maya, or other design software like Lumion.
• Create accurate and comprehensive architectural drawings and plans.
• Project Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide technical support and design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design Development:
• Produce high-quality design documentation and presentation materials.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Site Assessments:
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data for design development.
• Address and resolve any on-site design issues that may arise.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review and verify design details to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Implement best practices and innovative design solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging design practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the advancement of the team’s skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
