Interior Fit-Out Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Draftsman with 2–4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and supporting the design and project teams throughout all phases of interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and all types of interior fit-out drawings including:

– GA (General Arrangement)

– FP (Floor Plan)

– RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan)

– ELV (Elevations)

– SEC (Sections)

– DL (Detail Layout)

– FL (Finish / Floor Layout)

– TL (Tile Layout)

– JD (Joinery Drawings)

– FD (Furniture Details)

– WD (Wardrobe Details)

– DD (Door Details)

– LL (Lighting Layout)

– PL (Power Layout)

– LCL (Low-Current Layout)

– PLB (Plumbing Layout)

– SD (Shop Drawings)

– CD (Coordination Drawings)

– ABD (As-Built Drawings)

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and authority approval requirements (DM, DCD).

• Coordinate with designers, project engineers, and site teams to gather and verify required information.

• Update and revise drawings as per site conditions and client feedback.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers.

• Assist with material take-offs when required.

• Conduct site visits to verify actual conditions.

• Prepare accurate site reports.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in interior fit-out drafting.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and joinery detailing.

• Good understanding of interior materials, joinery works, ceilings, electrical layouts, and site conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
