Interior Fit-Out Draftsperson

We are seeking a Senior Interior Fit-Out Draftsperson with strong experience in commercial, F&B, and retail projects . This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate, build-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for commercial, retail, and F&B interior fit-out projects .
• Translate design intent into precise technical drawings that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, interior designers, and site teams to ensure drawings are practical, accurate, and aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP layouts to avoid conflicts during execution.
• Revise drawings to incorporate design changes, site conditions, or client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and fit-out best practices specific to retail and F&B environments.
• Provide on-site support when required, addressing design and drawing queries to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain clear and organized drawing documentation for approvals and handovers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven drafting experience in interior fit-out projects , with a focus on commercial, retail, and F&B sectors .
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD (Revit or other 3D design software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of joinery, furniture detailing, finishes, and interior construction methods .
• Proven ability to prepare accurate shop drawings for joinery, counters, partitions, ceilings, and custom retail/F&B fit-out elements.
• Ability to coordinate and interpret complex architectural and MEP drawings .
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Filipino (spoken and written) is required.
• Preferably available for immediate joining .
