Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit out Estimator to manage cost estimation, supplier coordination and pricing analysis for furniture, interior and fit-out projects. The role involves preparing quotations, reviewing both architectural and product drawings, sourcing suppliers and ensuring commercial accuracy across multiple client projects.

This position is ideal for a Civil Engineer with strong technical and analytical skills who can interpret furniture and interior drawings and manage estimation workflows efficiently in a remote setup.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural, interior and furniture product drawings to develop accurate FF&E and fit-out cost estimates.
• Create detailed cost breakdowns, tender submissions and pricing schedules for client proposals.
• Source, evaluate and compare supplier/manufacturer quotations for pricing and technical compliance.
• Coordinate with international teams to align on specifications, production timelines and documentation.
• Maintain and update databases for cost sheets, price lists and supplier details.
• Keep supplier and brand price lists updated to ensure accurate and current cost data.
• Liaise with logistics and procurement teams to track orders, deliveries and production updates.
• Participate in coordination meetings with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to discuss project progress and resolve issues.
• Support invoice validation, purchase order tracking and project cost monitoring.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to track supplier invoices and payment status.
• Prepare as-built documentation and handover files for completed projects.
• Identify and report cost deviations, risks or delays to the management team in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field relevant to estimation, furniture, interiors or fit-out projects.
• 8–10 years of experience in estimation, procurement or project coordination within the furniture, interiors or fit-out industry.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural, interior and product/furniture drawings.
• Excellent understanding of materials, joinery, finishes and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, AutoCAD, and knowledge of 3D modelling and estimation tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for supplier, client and internal coordination.
• Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay: ₹4.8 – ₹6 LPA (depending on experience and skill level)

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Indian time) with one hour of break included
