Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and organized Interior Fit-Out Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical coordination, documentation, and overall project support, ensuring successful execution of interior fit-out works in collaboration with site and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams to align project timelines
• Prepare project schedules, shop drawings, material submittals, and documentation
• Review and ensure compliance of drawings with client requirements and authority regulations
• Maintain records of RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, submittals, approvals, and all project correspondence
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and assist in cost and variation control
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants for timely submissions and deliverables
• Support site engineers in resolving technical and coordination issues
• Assist with authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, preferably commercial/office projects
• Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP integration
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project (Primavera is a plus)
• Familiar with local authority regulations (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.)
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
