Job Title: Interior Fit-Out Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to independently manage and lead our interior fit-out division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executing commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects within the UAE, with a proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the interior fit-out division independently.
- Oversee end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost control.
- Resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions during project execution.
- Ensure successful handover of completed projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven UAE experience in interior fit-out project management.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
