Interior Fit-Out Sales & Site Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Interior Fit-Out Sales & Site Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their requirements, taking site measurements, preparing basic floor plans, and closing deals. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge in interior fit-out and strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their interior fit-out requirements
• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements
• Prepare basic floor plans/layouts based on site conditions
• Present design ideas and solutions to clients
• Coordinate with design and execution teams
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related field
• Ability to take site measurements and create basic layouts
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software is a plus
• Valid driving license in Qatar (preferred)
