Job Purpose

To oversee and execute interior fit-out works at site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities including civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, electrical, and MEP works.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site labor for smooth workflow.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.

Quality Control

• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company and client standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects/snags promptly.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.

Project Coordination

• Assist in preparing daily and weekly work plans.
• Track progress and report delays or risks to the Project Manager.
• Support site measurements, material take-offs, and variations.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HSE norms and site safety regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper PPE usage at site.
• Maintain site records, permits, and compliance documentation.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, and progress updates.
• Maintain site drawings, method statements, and inspection records.
• Support handover documentation and snag-list closure.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to work at site and handle field conditions.

Preferred Requirements

• 8 years of experience
• Experience in commercial, retail, showroom, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations (UAE / India – as applicable).

Working Conditions

• Field-based role with extended site hours when required.
• Exposure to construction environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
