Interior Fit-Out Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Fit-Out Supervisor with a strong background in MEP and Joinery works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and coordination among subcontractors and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site fit-out activities (MEP & Joinery).
• Ensure that work is executed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies at the worksite.
• Attend regular site meetings and update project managers on progress and issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior fit-out supervision with a strong background in MEP and Joinery.
• Minimum [insert years] years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates without a valid driving license will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
