Position: Interior Procurement Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Chennai
Industry: Interior Fit-out / Corporate Interiors
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out projects
- Source and finalize vendors for furniture, lighting, flooring, ceiling, glass, partitions, etc.
- Prepare and compare quotations, negotiate price, and finalize orders
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and track delivery status
- Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule
- Maintain vendor database and material records
- Verify material quality and quantity as per BOQ and specification
- Manage billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups
Required Skills:
- Experience in interior fit-out procurement
- Good knowledge of interior materials and vendors
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge in BOQ and material specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge in Excel and basic documentation
