Interior Procurement Executive

Position: Interior Procurement Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Chennai
Industry: Interior Fit-out / Corporate Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out projects
  • Source and finalize vendors for furniture, lighting, flooring, ceiling, glass, partitions, etc.
  • Prepare and compare quotations, negotiate price, and finalize orders
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and track delivery status
  • Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for material requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule
  • Maintain vendor database and material records
  • Verify material quality and quantity as per BOQ and specification
  • Manage billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups

Required Skills:

  • Experience in interior fit-out procurement
  • Good knowledge of interior materials and vendors
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge in BOQ and material specifications
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge in Excel and basic documentation
