Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and task assignments; manage schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Coordination: Oversee the workflow between different teams (designers, architects, site supervisors) and coordinate with vendors for materials and deliveries.
  • Documentation: Maintain all project files, including drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, progress reports, contracts, and invoices.
  • Procurement: Source, order, and track materials and furnishings, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure work aligns with plans, maintain quality, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources, and manage costs.
  • Quality Control: Review submittals, shop drawings, and samples; ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
