Interior project manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in coordinating residential, commercial, or industrial interior projects, with the ability to handle multiple tasks including vendor coordination, material planning, client communication, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project operations from concept development to final installation.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Monitor site work and ensure alignment with approved designs and specifications.
• Handle procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes as per design requirements.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of interior elements and supervise handovers.
• Maintain records of all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior project coordination or project management.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret interior layouts, technical drawings, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools, and design software (AutoCAD/SketchUp).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
