Project Planning & Coordination:
- Review design and scope of work; develop execution plans.
- Prepare project schedule, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors.
2. Site Execution & Monitoring:
- Ensure work at site progresses as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and track progress against plan.
- Conduct site meetings to resolve technical/site-related issues.
3. Team & Vendor Management:
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure productivity.
- Manage vendor performance and resolve any delays or quality issues.
4. Quality & Safety Control:
- Ensure quality standards are followed across all works.
- Monitor and implement safety procedures on-site.
5. Cost & Budget Management:
- Track project costs and control expenses within approved budget.
- Coordinate with procurement team for material requirement and delivery.
6. Client Communication:
- Act as the single point of contact for the client during project execution.
- Provide regular updates and attend progress review meetings.
7. Handover & Documentation:
- Ensure snag-free completion and successful handover.
- Maintain proper documentation – drawings, approvals, bills, reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per week
