- Plan, execute, and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to final handover within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, work programs, and progress reports using MS Excel and other project management tools.
- Interpret interior drawings and layouts using AutoCAD 2D; AutoCAD 3D knowledge will be considered an added advantage for visualization and coordination.
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and timely delivery to avoid project delays.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, safety compliance, and workmanship quality.
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Track project costs, variations, and billing status, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and company policies at the project site.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BOQs, drawings, approvals, and completion reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management by providing clear updates, reports, and presentations.
