INTERIOR RENOVATION COORDINATOR

OVERVIEW & JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Westridge Construction Partners LLC (WCP) is a full-service general contractor headquartered in Raleigh, NC with projects from Maryland through South Carolina.
• WCP is seeking a motivated interior renovation coordinator to oversee apartment renovations and capital projects in southern Maryland.
• WCP has a growing and energetic team and this role offers significant upward mobility and room for growth as the company scales.
• Position will be based in the southern Maryland and the role will require travel typically within 1-2 hours of home base.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee unit renovations on multiple properties to create property value.
• Supervise subcontractor day-to-day operations and problem-solving in the field.
• Inspection of work in progress to ensure work conforms to the specifications and schedules.
• Schedule labor and material requirements including that of vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the project construction team to resolve construction issues and conflicts.
• Communicate and maintain positive relationships with property management and ownership.
• Daily field reporting, photo documentation, and progress tracking.

PREREQUISITES

• 5+ years' experience working in maintenance supervisory role or construction with multifamily experience.
• Knowledge of field supervision and quality control
• Thorough knowledge of multifamily trades
• Knowledge of construction building codes and building methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-up, and carry multiple projects through to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
