Sales Designer – Minimum Design Experience Required

TeamOne, in partnership with Artisan Family of Brands, is hiring Sales Designers to help homeowners create custom closet and storage solutions. If you’re outgoing, goal-driven, and enjoy sales, we provide the training you need to succeed.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

• Paid training – $600 per week for the first 30 days
• High earning potential – $60,000–$150,000+ annually
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Minimum design experience required – we train you
• Flexible schedule with some remote design work

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
• Measure spaces and discuss design needs
• Create custom designs using company software
• Present solutions and close sales
• Work with installation teams to complete projects
• Build relationships and generate additional leads

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay & Benefits:

• $600/week during training
• Commission-only pay after training (average 10% commission)
