Role Overview:

Hulk Decor is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead our business development efforts. This isn't a "desk job", we need a hunter who thrives in the fast-paced Interior Fit-Out sector.

As the face of Hulk Decor, you will be responsible for securing full-scale fit-out projects by leveraging your existing network and identifying high-value opportunities. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who wants the freedom of a hybrid schedule and the unlimited earning potential of a solely commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients for full interior fit-out projects (Commercial, Residential, or Retail).
• Network Utilization: Leverage your existing database of industry contacts (Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Real Estate Brokers) to generate leads.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting Hulk Decor’s solutions.
• Reporting: Maintain and submit detailed weekly sales reports, including lead status, conversion rates, and market feedback.
• Project Scoping: Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately captured for bidding.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Interior Fit-Out or Construction industry.
• Network: A robust and active "rolodex" of contacts within the UAE/Local property and fit-out market.
• Self-Starter: The ability to work independently in a hybrid environment without constant supervision.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Dynamic Mindset: A hunter's mentality as you are driven by closing deals and hitting targets.
