Interior Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities of Modular Kitchen and interior design projects. This role ensures that work is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. The site supervisor will coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, monitor, and manage all site activities related to interior works.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines
• Conduct daily inspection to check material usage, workmanship, and progress of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in material planning, requisition, and inventory management.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to prevent project delays.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Salary : Discussed in the interview and is flexible depending on skills and experience
