Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Interior Supervisor to oversee the quality and execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong self-decision-making abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring high-quality results. This role requires a hands-on leader who is hardworking, proactive, and has a track record of delivering exceptional interior designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Manage and supervise all phases of interior design projects, from concept to completion. Ensure that the work adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect all interior work to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Ensure materials, finishes, and execution meet the expected standards.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure seamless project execution. Provide guidance and support to team members to maintain efficiency.
• Self-Decision Making: Use independent judgment to make quick decisions on-site, solving any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner. Resolve challenges related to materials, design discrepancies, and project delays.
• Time Management: Ensure projects are completed within set timelines while maintaining quality standards. Adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Budget Adherence: Track expenses and ensure projects stay within budget. Approve purchases and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and needs. Provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Site Management: Ensure safety protocols are followed, manage site cleanliness, and maintain proper organization on all job sites.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, material purchases, and changes to scope or design.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Supervisor or similar role in home interior design and renovation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and best practices.
• Strong quality control skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems on-site.
• Good understanding of construction processes, timelines, and budgeting.
• Hardworking, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and contractors.
• A passion for design and delivering exceptional results.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in interior design or construction management (a plus).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design or home renovation.
